Your role:
1. Overall Management & Execution of Project Procurement
Lead full-cycle project procurement activities. Formulate dedicated project procurement plans and execution solutions in accordance with project roadmaps, demand lists and construction milestones. Responsible for demand docking, sourcing, inquiry, comparison, business negotiation, contract signing and support order follow-up for project materials, equipment and services. Strictly control procurement quality and delivery lead time to ensure the delivery of procurement requirements at all project phases and support smooth project operation.
2. Supply Chain Network Layout & System Planning
Take charge of overall supply chain network planning and channel layout optimization for projects. Manage the regional layout, hierarchical structure and supplier community construction of upstream suppliers. Design multi-region and multi-category supporting supplier networks, optimize the overall supply chain structure, and strengthen the stability, resilience and comprehensive support capacity of the supply system.
3. Full Lifecycle Supplier Management
Conduct supplier sourcing, qualification verification, on-site audit and admission assessment, and establish a hierarchical and high-quality supplier resource pool. Regularly evaluate suppliers in terms of delivery capability, quality performance, cost competitiveness and contract compliance. Optimize supplier network structure, resolve cooperation exceptions and systematic supply chain risks.
4. Procurement Cost & Supply Chain Risk Control
Analyze raw material market trends, and optimize project procurement strategies based on supply chain network layout. Control comprehensive procurement costs through overall channel management, commercial negotiation and resource integration. Identify systematic risks including supply disruption, raw material price fluctuation, capacity shortage and regional supply imbalance. Establish early warning mechanisms and emergency plans, and handle acceptance inspection, quality issues, claims and reconciliation work.
5. Supply Chain System Optimization & Long-term Management
Continuously review the operational efficiency, response capability and supporting stability of the supply chain network. Propose improvement plans for layout adjustment, channel streamlining, resource complementation and backup supplier development. Optimize procurement and supply chain management systems, standardized processes and tiered control rules, and realize data-driven long-term supply chain management.
6. Other Assignments
Complete ad-hoc tasks related to procurement and supply chain network planning assigned by supervisors, and cooperate with internal audit, cost analysis and supply chain review activities.
