Pomac Pumps in Tolbert develops and manufactures stainless-steel hygienic pumps. Our pumps are used worldwide in the food, beverage, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Your day-to-day

In this varied management position, you will lead the strategic, commercial and operational development of our industrial pump solutions for the food and beverage industry. You will be responsible for the performance of the business line and work closely with product companies, fellow Business Line Managers, Vice Presidents and General Managers.

• You will develop and implement the Food & Beverage business line strategy within the industrial pump segment and the relevant IFD brands.
• You will identify commercial opportunities, develop new business and strengthen our market position.
• You will be responsible for the profit and loss statement, balance sheet, KPIs and operational performance.
• You will build long-term relationships with key accounts, OEMs and other strategic partners.
• You will translate customer needs, market developments and feedback into distinctive solutions and value propositions
• You will work closely with R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing and Service to deliver innovation and customer value.
• You will develop sales and marketing strategies, oversee pricing policies and support professional project execution.
• You will lead, coach and develop an internationally oriented team while fostering ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement. 

Your skills and experience

• Proven experience leading a business line or comparable commercial organisation, preferably within industrial equipment or the food and beverage industry.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen and a results-oriented approach.
• Experience with financial responsibility and managing growth and profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to connect people and disciplines and to drive change.
• Willingness to travel and take responsibility for multiple regions.
