Your role

As a Process Engineering Specialist, your mission is to define and optimize the processes that power our production operations, creating standardized solutions that improve safety, quality, and efficiency. Your work will directly influence operational performance by driving continuous improvement, solving complex manufacturing challenges, and enabling sustainable growth across the organization. You will report to the Production Engineering Team Leader.

You will

  • Process Optimization 
    • Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.
    • Identify and execute opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize workflow.
  • Technical Process Support 
    • Serve as the technical expert for assigned manufacturing processes.
    • Troubleshoot production challenges, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement 
    • Lead and support Lean, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Use data and performance metrics to drive operational excellence and process reliability.
  • Documentation & Standardization
    • Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process standards.
    • Promote consistency and best practices across manufacturing operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration 
    • Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to support business objectives, new product introductions, and process improvements.
    • Train and support employees on process changes and best practices

You have at least 3 years of experience, working in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical role in a manufacturing environment. 

  • Proven experience analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills, with the ability to implement sustainable corrective actions.
  • Experience developing and maintaining process documentation, work instructions, and standardized manufacturing procedures.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, or other operational excellence methodologies.
  • Experience supporting new product introductions, process validations, or manufacturing transfers is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, data analysis tools, and manufacturing performance metrics is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams

    • Base salary ranges from $83,720 to $106,090 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
    • Annualy bonus opportunity starting at 5%.
