JV company locates in Xinjian Town of Yixing City and belongs to the Oil-free Air division.

The position reports to General Manager of JV company.   

Job description

• Your mission is to improve the supply chain of JV company and take the lead for supplier and parts qualification according to QEHS system
• You need to define key commodity strategy and implement it to get supply chain optimized continuously
• You will work on supplier performance of quality, delivery and cost
• You are a good negotiator to achieve win-win situations with our partnership suppliers
• You need to keep good communication with other relative companies
• You believe in “Quality first and Safety always” and commit continuously improvement

Experience requirements

• Traced work record in mechanical or electrical industry
• Solid background in production, quality and sourcing functions
• Above 3 years relative experience

Education/knowledge requirements

• Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical or Electrical
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Good MS skills and data analysis knowledge

Personality requirements

• Good teamwork, open and hardworking
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Result focus
