Your role
Bring your curiosity to work as our next Engineering Team Leader. You will be part of our Engineering team reporting to Engineering Manager. In this role, your mission is to lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver robust, innovative, and compliant product solutions while driving excellence across the product development lifecycle. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.
Your day-to-day
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering collaboration, engagement, and high performance.
- Drive new product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline targets are achieved.
- Review and validate engineering designs, technical solutions, and design change activities.
- Collaborate with Product Care, Operations, Quality, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks while driving continuous improvement and engineering best practices.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
Your skills and experience
- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Hydraulic, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in product development, engineering, or industrial manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, pumps, fluid dynamics, and related technologies.
- Experience in designing and developing electromechanical products and systems.
- Proven experience leading technical projects and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis, risk assessment, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, validation testing, and engineering best practices.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English, and the ability to work effectively in a global environment.

Your job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Product Company in Zaragoza, Spain.
