Bring your curiosity to work as our next QHS & ESS Team Lead. You will be part of our Engineering team reporting to Engineering Manager. In this role, your mission is to lead the continuous improvement, standardization, and cost optimization of assigned products and projects, ensuring robust and high-quality engineering solutions. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.
Your day-to-day
- Lead New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to industrialization.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones, quality, and delivery targets are achieved.
- Drive product improvements, cost optimization, and engineering change initiatives.
- Support problem-solving activities and ensure robust technical solutions for customers and manufacturing.
- Monitor project performance, risks, and resources, implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Your skills and experience
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience leading New Product Development (NPD) or engineering projects in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience driving continuous improvement, cost optimization, and problem-solving initiatives.
- Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

Your job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Atlas Copco Zaragoza, PowerTec Innovation Center in Zaragoza, Spain.
