Bring your curiosity to work as our next Accounts Payable Specialist. You will be part of our Finance team reporting to the Accounting Manager. In this role, your mission is to Processes vendor invoices for five locations and vendor payments accurately and timely. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.
- Processes supplier invoices daily with 3-way matching to ensure accurate and legitimate charges.
- Works with appropriate company personnel to resolve discrepancies and to obtain approvals in a timely manner.
- Collects and verify invoices, bills, and checks by performing pre-audits to ensure both accuracy and appropriateness prior to payment
- Performs month end account reconciliations and journal entries including intercompany match, allocations, accruals and prepaids accounts.
- Maintains the SAP vendor database; adding and modifying the vendor master records including, terms, contact information and W-9 documentation
Your skills and experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years accounts payable experience, preferably in a small to medium sized company.Proficient with ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Outlook) and Adobe Pro.
- Familiarity with Automation tools, such as CKS Solutions or any AP Automations.
- Familiarity with 3rd party payment platforms, such as Paymeran.

This position is classified locally as hourly. The actual annual gross base salary range for this position is $27.65 to $41.48 per hour. The actual compensation package will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including but not limited to the qualifications, experience, and skills demonstrated during the recruitment process.

Your job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our site on Greens Road in Houston, Texas, USA.
