Your role
As a Account Payable Specialist , your mission is to [Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for providing financial and administrative in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate accounts payable transactions and accounting treatments.]. You will report to [PtP Team Leader].
You will
Principal Accountabilities and key competencies:
- Administer of accounts payable transactions and accounting treatments
- Process 3 way matching, review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
- Responsible for inter-company statements and discrepancies investigation
- Resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation
- Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
- Responsible for preparing AP related analysis reports as directed by the GBS Manager.
- Assist with month end closing
- Provide supporting documentation for audits
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- Assist with other tasks as needed

You have X - X years of experience, working as a XY
- Bachelor degree in Accounting.
- Good communication (spoken and written in both English & Chinese)
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft office software, etc.
- Additional certification of Accounting is preferred. Knowledge of PRC GAAP and IFRS.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory ability, strong operation and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate accounting matters in a clear and concise manner.
